To qualify for same-day delivery, simply place your order before the cut-off times below:

  • Residential Orders:

    • Monday to Friday: Place your order before 5pm.
    • Saturday: Place your order before 2pm.
    • Sunday: Available for Sydney only, place your order before 2pm. (No Sunday delivery in Brisbane.)

  • Business Orders:

    • Monday to Sunday: Place your order before 2pm.
    • If a business is closed on the weekend, delivery will occur on the next business day.

  • School Orders:

    • Monday to Friday: Place your order before 10am.
    • No weekend delivery.

Sending Alcohol with Your Easter Order

Please note that orders for Easter flowers including alcohol cannot be left unattended at the delivery address. Alcohol may not be left or accepted by a minor (a person under the age of 18 years). Alcohol deliveries must occur between 7am and 7pm. As per the Liquor Act of 1982 (NSW legislation 147), Flowers For Everyone supports responsible service of alcohol (RSA), and your recipient may be asked for photo ID upon delivery.

Flowers for Everyone guarantees to use the freshest available seasonal flowers and quality products in all our bouquets and arrangements.

We guarantee our flowers to last 3-5 days.

If you are unsatisfied with your gift,, please contact us within 48 hours so we can work with you to resolve your concerns.

Will my flowers look exactly as pictured?

We aim to ensure your gift is made as close to the advertised product. Some flowers may be seasonal, or in tighter bud form to ensure maximum longevity. If a particular flower is unavailable, our florist will substitute it with a similar flower of the same colour & value.

Can I customise my flower?

If you wish to customise your order, give our Customer Care Team a call on 1300 664 333. Our team will be more than happy to guide you through what is currently in season and organise a unique design based on your budget and personal preferences.

Can I send a card and personalised message with my order?

Yes, you most certainly can. There is an option to add a personalised message to go alongside your gift.

Can I order flowers in advance?

Yes, of course! Simply select your desired delivery date at the checkout and leave the rest to us.

Can I make changes to an order?

Provided your order is not already made or onboard for delivery, we are happy to make any necessary changes to your order where possible.We recommend contacting our Customer Care Team on 1300 664 333 as soon as possible.

Can I cancel an order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel and refund orders less than 24 hours notice before the delivery date. Early cancellations made before our 24-hour cancellation period will incur a $20 cancellation fee. If for any reason you do not wish for your order to be delivered, we can work with you to prevent this but cannot provide any reimbursement.

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

You will receive an automatic order confirmation email once your order has been placed.
