No need to carve out time to visit us in person to secure your Valentine’s Day roses. Conveniently, our entire Valentine’s Day flower collection is available online for both Sydney and Brisbane customers. Our expert delivery teams will ensure your Valentine’s flowers arrive safely at their destination.

As Valentine’s Day is one of the busiest days in our calendar, we work tirelessly in the weeks leading up to the big day and on the day itself to dispatch your orders. Please take note of the delivery conditions for this special day:

• We cannot guarantee specific delivery times on Friday 14th February 2025.
• Valentine's Day gifts and roses will be delivered between:
• 7am – 5pm for businesses,
• 7am – 7pm for residential addresses,
• 7am – 3pm for schools.
• The order placement date does not affect delivery time due to logistical demands.

If we are unable to deliver flowers because it is unsafe to leave them, or if the address is incorrect, the order will be returned to our design studio. Our team will then contact you to reschedule delivery for the next day or for you to organise collection. If re-delivery is required, a fee will apply. To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check all delivery details and instructions when placing your order. If the recipient isn’t home, and there’s a secure place to leave the flowers, make sure to provide clear instructions.

If the recipient’s building has a mail room or concierge, they may require our couriers may be required to leave your order where instructed.

Sending Alcohol with Your Valentine’s Day Roses?

Please note that Valentine’s Day flowers containing alcohol cannot be left at an unattended delivery address and must be received by someone aged 18 or older. Alcohol deliveries are only permitted between 7am and 7pm. Your recipient may be asked for photo ID upon delivery to comply with NSW legislation and the Liquor Act of 1982. We are committed to responsible service of alcohol (RSA).

Cancellations or Changes to Your Valentine’s Day Flower Delivery

If you need to change your card message after ordering, please contact our Customer Care Team at sales@flowersforeveryone.com.au or call 1300 664 333. Note that no changes can be made to card messages after 6pm on Friday 7th February 2025.

After 6pm on Friday 7th February 2025, any order placed for delivery between Wednesday 12th February and Friday 14th February cannot be amended. If you wish to add items, a new order will need to be placed. Delivery addresses cannot be changed after this time. Cancellations during this period will incur a $15.00 cancellation fee.
