Flowers for Everyone guarantees to use the freshest available seasonal flowers and quality products in all our bouquets and arrangements. We guarantee our flowers to last 3-5 days.

If you are unsatisfied with your gift, please contact us on 1300 664 333 or email sales@flowersforeveryone.com.au within 48 hours so we can work with you to resolve your concerns.

PLEASE NOTE: To assist us in assessing the product quality, Flowers For Everyone reserves the right to request photos or images of the product. Images also help us to show and provide feedback to our floral designers/growers/suppliers.
Refunds A number of resolutions may be available to you subject to your particular situation.

If a refund is determined, refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back to the original payment method in which the order was purchased. Refunds for in-store purchases may be processed through the original credit card or by EFTPOS only for which the order was purchased. A voucher to the same amount paid will be issued for all cash purchases.
